Not every project needs a full engagement. These offerings are designed for existing clients who need ongoing support, fast turnarounds, or a dedicated block of time for design work.

Studio Design Retainer
Montly
$495 per month · 3-month minimum
Monthly design support with a dedicated creative partner, priority turnaround, and the accountability to keep your marketing moving. Credits can be used toward website or portfolio updates, a monthly newsletter design, or social media graphics.
Includes:3 hours of dedicated design time
Priority scheduling on all requests
48-hour response times
Overage billed at $200/hr with priority
3-month minimum, then month-to-month
Hours reset monthly, no rollover

A La Carté
Office Hours
The Last Monday Of Each Month · À La Carte
$225 per hour · 1-hour minimum
One focused hour for the small task you've been putting off, available once a month on a first-come basis. Could be used for a website update, a quick marketing material refresh, or general tech support.
Includes:Available one day per month only
1 hour minimum, 3-hour maximum
Brief + assets required 48 hrs ahead
Booking opens the 1st of each month
Hour deposit required

The SOS Hour

$350 per hour · 1 Hour Deposit Required
For time-sensitive needs that can't wait — confirmed scope, two-business-day turnaround. Could be used for a last-minute event graphic, a webpage edit before a launch, or a short turnaround marketing asset.
Includes:1-hour minimum of focused design work
2 business day turnaround (Mon–Fri)
Scope confirmed before work begins
Requests after 1 pm begin next business day
Available to non-retainer clients only

A full day of focused design work for past clients with a longer list of to-dos and an established brand already in place. We prioritize your list together and work through it top to bottom — everything is delivered the same day, fully finished.
Includes:
6 hours of dedicated design work by Sophia
Pre-day strategy call and priority-setting planning
Client portal with prep materials
Access to our curated imagery library (10,000+ professional visuals from Elevae Stock)
All completed files delivered by end of day

Website updates, graphic edits, social media assets, brand collateral, and similar design tasks. Full website builds, photography, and video are not included under these offerings.

The SOS Hour is designed for non-retainer clients. Retainer clients receive the same priority turnaround on their included hours and any overage work.

You'll always be notified before any additional time is added. Nothing goes over scope without your approval first.

How do I submit requests as a retainer client?
