A short content brief covering what's new, any upcoming offers, and any imagery worth sharing. Everything else is handled on our end.

Instagram is included in all social packages. We can also manage posting to Facebook and Pinterest for an additional monthly fee. Reach out for a custom quote.

Beyond Squarespace's native SEO tools, we use SEOSpace — a platform built specifically for Squarespace sites. It gives us a clear, data-backed picture of how your site is performing and where the opportunities are.
In practice, this means we can see which keywords your site is ranking for and how those positions shift over time, identify what your competitors are showing up for that you aren't, find the content gaps worth filling, and track how your site builds authority through backlinks — the other sites referencing and linking to yours.
We also use it to monitor how your brand appears in AI-powered search tools like ChatGPT and Google's AI overviews, which is increasingly where discovery happens.
SEO isn't a switch — it's a compounding effort. The pages, posts, and optimizations we build each month stack on top of each other. Most clients start seeing meaningful movement within three to six months, and the results continue building from there.

We primarily design in Flodesk and also offer design for Squarespace email campaigns. If you don't have an account, we'll set one up as part of onboarding. If we've already built your templates, the setup fee is waived.

A one-time fee of $550 covering account creation, a custom-branded email template, list migration, and email authentication. Waived for existing Sophia Studio Flodesk clients and all Full Channel Bundle clients.

Yes — each offering is available as a standalone. The bundle is for clients who want all three working together, priced to reflect the efficiency of managing everything in one place.

After your initial 3-month commitment, retainers move to month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel or pause.
