Because we're working from an established brand, we're able to move faster and more efficiently than a traditional project engagement. That efficiency passes directly to you.

Studio Days are available on a limited basis each month. If you have more on the list than one day can cover, additional days can be added at the same rate.

  • Photos and assets are selected and ready to hand off

  • You can be available for one round of feedback and occasional quick confirmations (no all-day Zoom required)

  • You want things done efficiently, not dragged across weeks of back-and-forth

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Studio Day is for current and past Sophia Studio clients only. Because we already know your brand, we can skip the ramp-up and spend the full day building. If we haven't worked together yet, reach out about our full-service packages.

  • We work from the top of your list down. Everything completed gets delivered same day. Anything remaining will be documented clearly with a path forward, and additional Studio Days can be booked at the same rate.

  • The day runs best when your copy is written, photos are selected, and your priority list is in order. That said, if you need support with copywriting or narrowing down imagery before we build, we can quote a little extra time to cover that as part of your day.

  • Not very. Studio Day is not an in-person session or an all-day Zoom. You go about your day as normal. We'll need your feedback once, and then you're simply on standby in case a quick clarification comes up. That's it.

  • Yes. Speed doesn't mean shortcuts. Everything produced during your Studio Day is built to your brand standards, using your colors, fonts, and visual direction. Quality doesn't change because the timeline is compressed.

  • Availability is limited each month. We recommend booking at least two to three weeks out to secure your preferred date and allow time for the prep call and asset collection beforehand.

  • Think about what you've been putting off, what's missing from your site or marketing materials, and what would make the biggest difference in how you show up. If you're unsure where to start, we can help you prioritize during the pre-day call.

  • We already know your brand inside and out, which means no time lost getting up to speed. Combined with years of experience working efficiently under focused conditions, we're able to move through tasks at a pace that a traditional project timeline simply doesn't allow for.

  • Yes. If your list is long or your projects are more involved, we can book consecutive or back-to-back days at the same rate. We'll talk through what makes sense during the pre-day call and book accordingly.
