TAKE A PEEK AT OUR PROCESS
Two Weeks Prior:
We kick off with a brand questionnaire and project checklist to gather your assets, review your content, and align on the direction before the build begins.
One Week Prior:
All finalized, proofed content is due. We confirm everything is web-ready, lock the sitemap, and ensure we have everything needed to hit the ground running.
Monday:
Kickoff Call (1 hour). We walk through your site map, visual direction, and the week ahead. The custom build begins: homepage structure, global styles, typography, and navigation established from scratch.
Tuesday:
Homepage completed in full. Interior pages go into production. You'll receive a preview link to review and submit feedback by end of day.
Wednesday:
Design Review Call (1 hour). A walkthrough of all pages built so far. You provide consolidated feedback live, revisions are implemented same day, and mobile layout review begins.
Thursday:
It’s quality assurance day! We’ll conduct thorough checks for SEO, functionality, and styling to make sure your site performs beautifully.
FRIDAY:
Launch Day! Your stunning new website goes live, and we’ll celebrate the start of your online success.

No, this offer does not include logo design. We’ll use your existing logo, but we can update your website’s colors and fonts to give your brand a modern, cohesive feel. If you’re looking for a complete rebrand including logo work, let us know, and we can discuss options!

It runs in three phases. Two weeks before your build week, you complete a brand questionnaire and submit all assets and content. One week before, everything is reviewed, finalized, and confirmed web-ready. Then during your dedicated build week, three structured meetings keep us aligned: a Monday kickoff call, a Wednesday design review, and a Friday morning launch call. Your site goes live Friday by end of day.

To maximize our design week, you’ll need to provide your existing logo, brand assets, and any desired copy. We'll also need your input on business goals and any specific design preferences so that we can build a website that truly represents your brand.

Once your site is live, you'll receive your complete site asset folder, a custom Loom tutorial video walking you through how to manage and update your site, and a 30-day post-launch email support window. If you want ongoing help after that, ask us about our maintenance and support options.

The investment for this package starts at $4,500, with a timeline of two weeks of prep followed by one week of dedicated design and development. At the end of the week, you’ll have a fully functional, stunning website ready to launch.

Absolutely. The site is yours to change as little or as much as you want. You can copy and paste different sections of your site to be used on new pages or duplicate pages and change what you want.
